Terms of service

These terms describe the responsible use of TallyXML and the review required before accounting data is imported.

Using TallyXML

You may use TallyXML to process documents you own or are authorised to handle. You are responsible for protecting your account, supplying lawful files and ensuring that your use complies with professional, contractual and regulatory obligations.

Review is required

Bank statement extraction and voucher suggestions are automation aids, not accounting, tax, audit or legal advice. PDF layouts differ and automated extraction can produce missing, duplicated or incorrectly classified rows. You must review dates, narrations, debit and credit values, balances, ledger names and voucher types before downloading or importing output into TallyPrime.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to access another person's financial information without permission, upload malicious content, interfere with the service, evade usage limits, reverse engineer protected components or use generated output for fraud or unlawful activity.

Availability and changes

Supported banks, PDF formats, limits, prices and features may change as the product is improved. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security work or causes outside our control.

Accounts, credits and payments

Where paid credits or plans are offered, the price and included usage shown during purchase apply to that transaction. Keep a copy of relevant payment information and contact support promptly if a purchase is not reflected in your account.

Limitation and responsibility

You remain responsible for the accuracy of accounting entries and for maintaining backups before an import. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TallyXML is provided without a guarantee that every PDF format or extracted transaction will be error-free.
