Information used to provide the service

TallyXML may process account details you submit, uploaded bank statement files, PDF passwords supplied for encrypted files, extracted transaction data, ledger selections and generated output. This information is used to authenticate your account, run the conversion you request, display a reviewable preview and generate your selected export.

Analytics and technical information

The website may collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, referring page, approximate region, page views and error diagnostics. This helps us understand site performance, prevent abuse and improve the conversion workflow. Analytics data is not intended to contain the financial contents of your statement.

How to reduce exposure

  • Upload only the statement needed for the conversion.
  • Review extracted rows before downloading or importing them.
  • Do not share PDF passwords through public support channels.
  • Sign out when using a shared computer.

Service providers and legal requirements

Technical service providers may process limited information where required to host, secure, monitor or operate TallyXML. Information may also be preserved or disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce service terms, protect users or investigate abuse.

Your choices

You may stop using the service, clear local browser data and request help concerning your account or submitted information. For privacy questions, contact TallyXML through the support channel available in the application or the official TallyXML Telegram channel.
